I started treatment for a frozen shoulder and Bryan started with a treatment using new technology that enabled me to lift my arm from about 20 degrees to 40 degrees after one treatment without pain. The personnel are extremely kind.

I received PRP injections in my knees at the Andrews institute (which were quite painful and very expensive). My left knee continued to hurt. I then received a neurogeneratve injection in my left knee. The injection was significantly more economical than prices elsewhere. Additionally, there were no painful side effects and it worked almost immediately! My knee no longer aches and is stronger than it was. I highly recommended this treatment for anyone suffering from pain in their joints.

Bryan has a magic touch when it comes to my injections he is very thorough and funny and explains the risks and benefits and everyone in the office is professional and courteous and it's very clean and the wait times are not long

Scheduled appt. for my back, but they ended up seeing me for my back, neck and knees. Everyone I spoke to in office on my first visit were so helpful and extremely nice. I didn't have a long wait and the facility is very nice and clean. Absolutely would recommend them. Thanks for a first great visit

From the time I walk in until the time I walk out both the staff and Bryan have been nothing but helpful and kind. It's still early on in my pain treatment. But, I very much appreciate the service they give me each and every time.

I came in with pain issues in my neck, back and knee. Bryan and the staff did a full assessment and came up with a multi point plan to address all my issues. I started out with a pain level around 8-10. I am now at a 1 in just my knee. Considering all the years I pushed my body beyond what it should do, this is great. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a non surgical, non medicated way to take care of yourself and your pain.

I was in an automobile accident and after the accident I had severe pain in my neck upper and lower back with a burning sensation going down my leg. I had MRI two bulging disks I was in pain. Bryan kept reassuring me keep up with the treatment I feel we can really help you. I couldn’t hardly walk after the accident I couldn’t sleep because of the pain I was miserable. The staff are like family had nothing but positive experience with everyone and they acted like it was a personal goal of there’s to get me better no matter what it took! It wasn’t long and I was sleeping without pain keeping me up next thing I knew I was walking to physical therapy with out creeping down the hall like a sloth. These folks help turned my life around and I can’t thank them enough!

I received excellent care. Its a drug-free approach to wellness. I have lived in pain most of my life. I couldn’t take it anymore, didn’t want to be strung out on drugs, and sought out a Chiropractor who did manual manipulation. BINGO! I found out I had more issues than I realized. After seeing the Chiropractor several times and still having issues, I met with Mr. Pruess and he came up with the prescription for wellness. Physical Therapy, traction, Chiropractic care. Guess what??? It Worked! I went through the program, kept all of my appointments, and I was able to achieve my goal for a healthy me. Brian is well-educated in his position at Fl Neuro Pain and Spine. He will get you the answers you need to head down the right path to recovery.

Best medical office I’ve ever been to. Literally EVERYONE was smiling and chipper and happy to help. Even though I was in a rush to get to work they didn’t make me FEEL rushed, which they took into consideration by the way. Most offices don’t really concern themselves with what you have to do after you see them, it’s your problem not theirs, but these folks went out of their way and wrote a sticky note for the doc who did my X-rays letting her know I had to be to work at 10 so she got me in and out with the quickness. That was so nice of them to do. It was my first visit and they made quite the impression. Can’t wait for my next appointment. Thank you all, from the front desk to the clinicians. I’ve worked in the medical field for 10 years and I’ve never seen an office so in sync with each other. If there’s problems behind the scenes, you’d never know it. Very professional. Thank you again.

As always the efficiency of the staff remains exceptional. The staff is always happy and greets everyone by name. There is minimal wait time and the interaction between staff and patients is personal and effective!

I work in a place that I have to stand 8 hours a day and as a result had been having a lot of knee pain. I went to other doctors and they kept pushing steroids and pain shots. I wasn't looking for a bandaid but a real solution. They suggested stem cell therapy and were thorough in explaining the process. Very nervous at first about having a needle shoved into my knee but Bryan made it virtually painless. It took several months for the process to work but the results have been amazing. I cannot recommend this enough. I still have to deal with work and standing all the time but the improvement in mobility and not being in pain all the time has been wonderful!.
